I’m pretty sure you know this one. This is probably David Bowie’s most well-known song, despite the fact that it didn’t do so well on the charts. Released as a single in 1972 and again in 1975, it failed to make the top forty both times. Still, it’s been featured on at least eight compilations of Bowie’s music (in fact, a few of them actually take their names from this song). Live versions also appear on at least seven of Bowie’s concert albums. There is a quote from it on the screen at the beginning of “The Breakfast Club”. Bowie even recorded a special version of the song for the movie “Shrek 2”! In fact, when he announced his retirement from touring in 2006, “Changes” was the last song he performed on stage. All of this is not a coincidence. The song has a truly universal theme. Change is the only constant. We may not like it, but we can’t stop it. This is my way of leading into the fact that changes are coming here to Psychic Tapestry. I always hated it when I’d wake up on a Monday morning and find that my favorite morning radio personality was gone. There was never any explanation. At first, I’d hoped they were on vacation, or maybe out sick. The station would never say anything. And then, suddenly, someone new would be there. I had no problem with the new person. But they weren’t what I was used to. And I wanted to know what happened to the other person. The one who had been there with me already through so many other mornings. The one I thought of as a friend, if not family. I didn’t want you to feel that way about Psychic Tapestry, so I wanted to let you know what’s going on. Starting this Saturday, Psychic Medium Teresa See won’t be joining us on the radio. She was not fired. We didn’t have a falling out. There’s no animosity or power struggle. We continue to be very good friends. In fact, she’s proof-reading this right now (Hi Teresa) before I post it. I was just going to say that she was “on assignment”, which sounds cool and mysterious, and it’s also the truth. But I didn’t want to leave it at some vague announcement. Teresa is working on something very cool with our good friend Aaron. Aaron is gifted in Angel Communication, and he’s been on the show a couple times doing Angelspeake as part of our Psychic Trifecta. Anyway, Teresa and Aaron have figured out an amazing way of reading together that combines Angel Communication, channeling, past lives and healing. Figuring this all out, and honing this ability isn’t easy. It takes a lot of time and a lot of effort. And so does Psychic Tapestry. I didn’t want to put Teresa in a position where she had to choose, or would even feel like things were headed that way. First and foremost, she and I are friends, and I wanted to keep it that way. And if you have liked her page on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TeresaRSeePsychicMedium), you’ll see some of the things she’s been saying about this new technique. And, more important, what some of the people who have had this kind of reading have already said! But you can see how excited she is about this, and you just know that this is what she should be doing. So, at least for now, Teresa is going to focus her attention on that work with Aaron. And, from time to time as she can, she will even come back on Psychic Tapestry to let us know how things are progressing. I want to make it clear that this isn’t an ending. It’s a bit of a hiatus, like when your favorite TV show takes a break during the summer. Or when a band takes time out so a couple of the members can do their own creative thing and release their solo records. I’ll still be here, holding down the fort. And I actually have a project I’ll be working on, as well. Maybe you can even help me with it. I’m hoping to have lots of guests over the next couple of months, lots of other psychic mediums. I’ll be exploring Life After Death in great detail. I have found that knowing and understanding that we all go on, that our loved ones are not gone when they pass away - there is great comfort in that. There’s also healing, and, frequently, even joy. And I want to share stories that support that. So this coming Saturday, if you’re listening live, I hope you’ll call in to share your story. I guess it’s pretty obvious how the song fits into all this. Changes. Don’t really have to hit you over the head with that, right? The thing about change that I don’t think a lot of people think about is that, it isn’t just difficult for the person who is going through some kind of change, it is often difficult for others. Sometimes, people get angry at others who are willing to change, and most of the time, that winds up being a lot more self-revealing than I’d imagine they would like. So don’t be mad, or upset, or even sad about this. And if you have any questions about all of this, please go to the source. You can comment here on this blog, or you can send us messages on Facebook or Twitter. Just don’t spit on us as we try to change our world. We’re quite aware of what we’re going through. Those last two sentences are from the song. Don't be offended. Thanks for your support and for listening to our show!

Ken and Teresa, know that we all love and support you in your equally fantastic adventures. We are excited to see them come to fruition and Ken, we eagerly anticipate the book you are planning based on the stories you are sure to receive. I think it will be awesome to see/hear/read these stories. Teresa, you help so many with your other readings and have seen firsthand and also had one of the new style reading you are building with Aaron. We have seen it from the beginning in its infancy stages and seen it toddler about and grow wings. I have seen felt and heard the responses of the first people you have read for and can honestly say that this is probably the most powerfully awe inspiring readings I have been honored to witness. I can not wait to see it fly! Ken, you and Teresa make a great team, can't say I'm not sad to see it put on hold during the exploration of your adventures but, I wish you both nothing but blessings and happiness during the exploration and look forward to hearing you both on the radio again! Much love, Asha
