The First One

Here is Ken's Daily Reading for you...

Today's card is from a sketch by John Lennon called "The First One". Originally, it also had an inscription John had written, saying, "To Yoko. The first one."

Quite simply, it meant that she occupied the first place in his heart.

The message here is to make sure you let those you love know how you feel about them. And don't just assume that they already know. That's a common trap so many of us fall into.

Say the words. To your partner. To your family. To your friends.
