Never Let Her Slip Away

While this is The Lovers card, the message isn't just about romance.

This is for anyone and everyone in your life, all of those who are close to you, that you love. Tell them that you love them. Out loud. 

Too often, we take people for granted, especially those we love. We get to thinking that we're showing them how we feel, and that they must know, so we don't need to say it. I took out the trash. I did the laundry. I mowed the lawn. I cleaned the bathroom. He/she knows I love him/her.

I'm not sure when household chores became a substitute for saying, "I love you." Maybe it's always been that way. But it doesn't have to be. In fact, it shouldn't.

And this isn't just about your significant other. Your parents. Your children. Your close friends. Say the words. Out loud. Tell them.

And remember how wonderful it feels when you hear those words coming from someone you love. Even if you already know. It still makes us feel so good to hear it. 

Don't let life make you think you're too busy. No one has ever regretted saying "I love you" too much. But plenty have regretted not saying it enough.
