When you do have an honest conversation with someone, it creates the opportunity for both of you to grow closer . . . provided that both people are willing to drop defenses and be vulnerable with each other.
Being truthful with kindness and respect is the best way for this to happen. Blasting someone with your honest but angry feelings usually closes down communication.
Today, spend time expressing how you feel with love for yourself and others. Perhaps begin with writing your feelings, to get in touch with their basis. Notice how much lighter you feel as you release the heaviness of all that you have held inside.
